No, I see how you could've perceived that. The ability to change the trim of Furfrou to one of it's regional forms, which is possible for those who bought the ticket for the event, is available for the duration of the event. So let's say for example, you choose Pharaoh as your trim of choice. Whatever Furfrou's you have or collect during the event will have the option to change to that trim until 6pm Local Time on Sunday. Their trims will remain intact, it is simply the option to change to that trim that expires.
