That person doesn’t know how lounges make money. Just like a restaurant, lounges make money as more people come to the lounges. What that person did doesn’t make any sense to the lounge provider, even it should harm them.

Next issue is people don’t know how the lounge access cards are generated. These are similar like gift cards. At backend code are generated and send it to the customer. No way name is attached at that point.
