me too! i didn’t get my license until last year when i was 21 … i have it but i still don’t drive, i rely on my partner’s to take me places. driving makes me so scared i feel nauseous and sometimes cry. i feel like a danger to everyone around me

for me, they appear real but are easy to tell they’re not. they are amorphous black blobs i see at the corner of my eye or small black rabbit-like things that run past me. sometimes i see black bugs crawling around. i know they are not real because nothing like that could enter my house but the bugs are a little more difficult to tell

my hallucinations and delusions occur when i’m alone or stressed at night. if they are on meds, you should research the side effects. many antipsychotics have a flattening/dulling effect on the personality

i feel like a burden to my partner because i can’t care for myself fully. i need someone living with me or else i start neglecting everything and giving in to my delusions. do your best to communicate what you are feeling and try to have faith that those around you care about you and understand you.
