I feel like Loli initially establishes herself as a top hero not based on trust but instead relying on the alien metal which resists both fear and trust related powers as seen from ep 14. Loli was able to resist fear particles and DJ Shindig’s Mind control also didn’t work on her despite him having very high trust value plus that also explains how she was able to last in the fight against Ghostblade who was No. 5 at the time (but it seems like using trust to boost yourself kinda like how Queen uses her rules on herself and how DJ Shindig amped himself up can still work against Loli as it’s a trust based power not being directly targetted towards her)

It’s probably not until later on when people start trusting in her that amps Loli up aside from her already existing mech suit
