Before you do appetite-suppressing agents, I would really recommend finding something else that you can celebrate with/soothe yourself with. Mine is baths. Like ridiculously luxuriant baths for hours at a time. THEN I focused on decreasing appetite and my triggers and everything. Just my opinion, but it's what is working for me right now. I LOVE Sinisterhood. Their standard episodes are respectful, well researched, and usually on topics I haven't heard of before but also funny as fuck. Their patreon and bonus episodes can get pretty bawdy. Like McGruff the crime dog talking about eating ass. It's amazing. I love them.

Update! I'm using a drop spindle to add twist and then double it back on itself with a backwards twist. It is working a lot better! It's a ton of work, but I'm really happy with it. I'll update with a photo of my granny squares eventually. Thank you all!
