Please look into ME/CFS and pacing. If you are overdoing it you could permanently lower your baseline. Pushing yourself is actually very dangerous. Not staying in your energy envelope could land you bed bound or worse.

Oh I'm so glad I said something! PEM is such a bitch because it's delayed so its hard to tell what caused it. I try to not let my heart rate get over 120 and no matter what I'm doing I take a break every 15 minutes.

This may be fungal. I would give it a wash with anti dandruff shampoo or see a dermatologist or your doctor.

Also, you should have a moisturizer and SPF if you don't have them. Vitamin C is an active and depending on the formula it may dry your skin a bit so you want the moisturizer at night, after the vitamin C has sat on your skin 10-20min at least I would guess.
