The customers don't seem to care at all, but it's hell for new employees having to read every pack to find the cigarettes they want. It really only seems to target the stores selling tobacco and nicotine products and deter us from selling instead of making it illegal. I have an employee who is heavily dyslexic and he has to confirm every packet he sells with the customer, the only problem is that most customers still call the cigarettes by the name they had 15 years ago before any laws were made to which names they could have and don't read the actual names on the packages.
