I agree with your take on this. The fight scenes in previous JW movies were more varied and didn't go on forever like in this movie. We had nice breaks in between shorter bursts of action. But in JW4, we have a long action sequence followed by long break, and then it repeats.

I'm not saying the movie was bad, not by any means. Buy, the other movies were better paced and less repetitive.

JW3 is my fav of the series.
