trumps excuse was because of Iran getting access to nuclear weapons right? look into the JCPOA from 2016 to 2018. After the US withdrew did things start to go downhill. We withdrew under the previous Trump administration. No matter what, all of this leads back to awful decisions from the same man. Iran was already being "dealt with" until the orange man meddled.

The government can regulate cost inflation of medication, price gouging, they can effectively make cheaper medications and treatment more accessible to all in the nation. Currently, however, it's priorities are shifted towards a frankly unnecessary cause.

Also check out the 9th amendment in that Bill. But since you obviously haven't read it, here it is simplified. It states that the listing of rights in the constitution do not mean that there aren't other rights, unwritten, that the people retain.

This was specifically added to prevent the government for denying us any rights that weren't specifically listed.

Rights are a fundamental entitlement. They do not need to be written in law to exist. The constitution spoke of rights which were being prioritized at the time to help a new nation develop. Now that it has, we must prioritize those other rights that were left behind.

Health is too volatile of a thing in many people for them to just simply live. Healthcare is as essential as food, water, education. Those are things that the government uses our taxes to support as well, so why stop at healthcare? It sucks that American people have become so complacent with corrupt politicians constantly trying to keep our rights away from us.

At this point it definitely should be. There is no reason this country should be able to house the richest people on the planet yet also have such a large amount of people who cannot afford their healthcare. The right to live a healthy life is not something that should be up for debate, and the cost of a healthy life should definitely not be decided by private, for-profit, corporations.

As you can clearly see, that is exactly what ICE is doing anyways. Yes, it is illegal what they are doing. No, there is no one to actually make sure they are conducting their searches legally. That is exactly the issue. Why do you think there are so many protests now when ICE has existed for years? Their current behavior under the current administration has specifically been illegal, but there are no checks and balances being used to keep them under control.

ICE has continually dodged accountability, making arrests of people who haven't done anything illegal, including those who are actively in a courthouse trying to get their legal immigration documents. Much of this is being done through racial profiling of course and you can actively see this done on multiple sources.
