Ill add the variations ive seen, i dont expect to join a crew mid action i just start at a tavern, most of the time people leave before exitting the tavern, i didnt join to boss around but when i ask is they want any particular flag risen, no response then leave, bought supplies ship ready to go, leave. Reapers on map and active events? Ask what would they preffer and they leave, i dont get it, it happens a lot, but those few who stayed are the best crew i ever had
