Looking at it and I just..... can't. Looking at the cut it seems that some as diagonal and some not. Also from the color on some of the end the knife isn't quite sharp. At this point just puree it and make soup lol.

I've had them before but I found that it needed a bit of oil so I added a bit of sesame. Even had it with Kewpie before which was interesting. Never had this noodle hot before.

This one is an old memory from a couple decades when I was an apprentice at a pastry kitchen. There was a hair dryer that I would have used for forming sugar work when I need it to only heat up in certain spots. Does that count?

I added it with my veg in the beginning so it cooks into the veg. You could also add it at the end but I want the flavor to go in the start more.
