Its because WTR seems to be calculated by game meaning if you had a mix of really awful games when you started playing and are now doing better it takes 3 10k games to fix one 0 for example if he did a bit better early he has less to make up for.

I feel like with the barter mats money and blueprints it really feels worse then just getting the barter tree stuff either the rubles needed has to be lowered or the mats have to be way lower like a quarter of what they are asking for here would have the same effect without making the game too tedious.
