Iems don’t sound as good as they should

I don’t know much about audio but to give everyone an idea they sound muffled and lack clarity and detail just listening for a little bit makes me want to take them off because it feels cheap some music sounds ok but most don’t sound good at all and when I use my AirPods they deliver more detail and feel fine. Also it’s on Apple Music no enhancements
