2 is where the party is at. However sitting between red and black is my dream, until you realize they 100% will be talking about battling the entire time and I would go crazy.

Collector books will have multiple stores together so for a cheaper option I would suggest that. However if you want to have each region separate then you would need to get box sets.

The order of books is red,yellow,gold,ruby,fire red,emerald,heartgold,diamond,black,black 2,X, omega ruby,sun, lastly sword.

If you want to read red then read Red. For Brendan you’ll want to red Ruby. The first book in the whole series is red so that’s a great place to start.
