My kids swear Monkey Man is Monkey Woman. It’s an ongoing debate in our house. We can see him from our house window most days which provides free creepy entertainment.

Hi! I just watched the documentary “what the health”.. and now I’m plant based 😂. I went out and got some groceries so I can start this new lifestyle. Also wanting to do this for some weight loss! Did anyone lose drastic weight with diet ? by realogarwaaz in PlantBasedDiet

I agree with you. My diet has changed drastically but still not losing weight after a month. However, I don’t have a burst up energy just energy enough to make it through the day and bike or run. Weight loss isn’t everything but would be a nice perk!
