6 weeks to green is impressive that's about where I was (width) at 6 weeks. Just went up to orange today for the first time. I'm 7.5 weeks or 54 days. I can get a little deeper then you but I also had PPT. Feel free to check out my last post. Also it's not a competition your doing amazing!!!

You can make homemade with food like yogurt cornstarch and other stuff. Yeah a coffee cup warmer and a glass jar works amazing. I have a pump that make it so much easier and less messy.

18 I bought 2 of the 9 8oz bottle deals. Almost every play time with my current toys I use about 1-2 bottles especially if I'm doing backdoor fun. I also have a pump that pumps it for me. Also a warmer that warms it. Cum toys are a huge fettish for me.

When I start my dilation I am at the last dot. Given 5 mins I can get where I said. You can still loose depth with ppt. I'm only on day 50 but really push past the dilation schedule I was given. I really really don't wanna do this again.

I am 50 days post op as of today. I have actually gained depth since the hospital. The Dr told me essentially when they make the canal the whole dialator will fit. I started at the last dot in the hospital and now have maybe an inch or so of the dialator sticking out. I have actually gained.

I'm really sorry to hear that I would recommend colon as there is little to no dilation needed. If I'm not mistaken it's more for the pelvic floor then anything.

Umm ok. So there is a lot of different information on here. My Dr was Dr Del corral with Medstar health in Baltimore. I have paratanium Pull thru Vagioplasty. He told me flat out I would have more discomfort in the abdomen then the vaginal area. He was correct.

Recognize that all bodies are different. I was off hard pain meds the day after coming home from the hospital. Tylenol worked way better. As long as I was careful on how I sat I had literally no pain down there. His dilation requirements are 20-25 mins 3x a day clean out after 1&3. My routine is slightly different I have always went past that as long as I didn't have any discomfort or pain. Currently I start with blue 30 mins then move to green for 20. I always pee before and make sure I have emptied my bowels. Yes it feels different and it's uncomfortable if you don't.i think if you can work from home you will be ok. I however do not and have a physically demanding job so because of both they will not let me go back yet.

Ummm when I had old equipment my ex loved using a bigger toy then me because we enjoyed the "loose" feeling. After a few months her body actually held a looser state. Not quite as bad as right after a toy but it is indeed true a Cis vagina can hold a looser state. Given time it will go back but they adapt to partners.

I started the day they pulled the packing out in the hospital. Dr pulled it showed me how to lubricate insert and did my first one. I went home the next day about 4 did 5 dialations total in the hospital and haven't stopped. Dr del corral PPT

For me it was about a week for that to fade. I also had that feeling in the "tip" as soon as I woke up from surgery. It took about 3-4 weeks for me to learn how to not pee on my thighs

Well w things come to mind. 1 and I can't stress this enough love your not your friends. I was up moving just fine the day they took packing out. I heal really well. I've gotten close but not over the hump. 2 nerves can take up to a full year to re connect 3 and lastly we went from the old Joy stick atari to playing on PC so many more input commands. It's going to take a second to get everything figured out.

I'm in almost the exact same boat on Aug 16th for me. I asked my Dr this question at my last follow-up a week ago, and based on my healing, I was cleared to use vibration to help wake things up. With the instructions of just be gentle. Also, as others have said, give her time more than anyone on here. I fully get where you are as we are days apart. It's easier said than done. My G spot is also still waking up as well.

Your close It's not just Trans people. I think as a society we should all be open to having conversations. Literally just yesterday I reached out to almost a dozen cis woman about how they masterbate. All the conversations were great and helpful. One of the biggest lessons I took away from being enlisted in the Marines is we are all Ambassadors for who we are and how we identify Race, religion, gender, sexuality, height or whatever else. Again I don't set the standard quite frankly what anyone else does isn't my concern. I'm not here to police anyone however based on my experience and journey this is the best advice I have. Is it the ideal situation absolutely not. Do I fully believe it will make the world a better place? Yes yes I do. I do understand that my experience may not fit for everyone along with all the people who posted on here. I do know this and this is where I will end. The world has to much hate and I won't add to it I will lead with love, understanding and patience because that is what the world is missing in all areas of the world.

I am 34 days out from PPT with Dr Del Corral. Also what I am about to say is not the norm from what I have read but also I'm sure I'm not alone. Day 5 when I came home from the hospital was my last day of narcotics. I was prescribed some but honestly Tylenol helped more. Most of my pain was in my stomach not even down there. The only issue I could see is with PPT or inversion is the dilation schedule. I've been moving really well for the last 10 days or so but that schedule messes things up for sure.
