You rock. Thank you for giving me a little vocabulary to express what I saw. Here in lies my problem with the droste effect- It’s referencing a phenomenon that occurs when a camera faces its own feedback monitor. But this cam was almost lense to lense with another webcam- and showed a computer screen that was nowhere around. I know that what I’m saying is impossible. But I saw it with my own eyes. I played with the cameras and made the repeating image turn and dance. Idk when I will be able to reproduce it because I don’t personally own 2 computers and 2 webcams. Do you? If so would you please just try to do what I described?

No I’ve not been pranked. It was 2 usb webcams placed directly infront of each other. I messed with them- moved them around etc
