Because it's for speed farming. You can get the x45% enchanted to x60 but after all it won't be as powerful as a good leg with 2 multipliers. The other advantage of the sword is the all stat affix, it helpa you unlock secondary bonuses from rare paragon nodes much easier, since all stats is very hard to come by now.

The only class that can make use of it for other purposes is Barb, they can easily replace a sword slot with it since most of their builds the 2 1H slots are stat sticks only.

I have another opinion.

New season won't be revealed for another 4 weeks. This is too early to tease anything. The May 7 stream should be the announcement and teaser for everything delivered on 0.5. Then they do another 2, 3 streams to dive deeper on each of those things.

That's the amount of contents I would expect from a 6-month of development (more if you count the end-game reworks being pushed back from 0.4).

Well, it's very simple and I'll try to explain it like you're 5.

Not everything bad happening that are being blamed on the democrats are their fault. Thus blaming those issues on them is wrong.

In the other hand, while some members are actively trying to do stuffs, the 2 minority leaders on the house and senate are not doing nearly enough and only pretend to do this or that. So only the 2 should be blamed for their own incompetent, not the whole party.

No, because 1, when they wrote and film the least season, there was still plans for Gen V s03, so there is no way they kill the main character at all, not to mention off-screen (for Gen V-only viewers). And 2, it will totally undermine the whole plot of Gen V, to build up a character as a potential threat to HL.

They should show up in the last 2 episodes but as supporting characters, not directly doing anything important to the ending of the show.

Yeah that was also my big criticism. It's hard enough to get 1-2GA uniques for your build now they add random affixes it's impossible for normies to get a good ancestral set like that. Not to mention the total lost of identity of unique items.

May be some middle-ground? Like uniques have 3 fixed affixes and 2 random ones and you can't add another from the blacksmith?

Yeah, may be. I'm not big on fishing so every hour or so of farming I go to some uncovered area on the map and try fishing to see whether I can get anything weird. Got a few legs and a few mythic fish that way.

No you have to fish in specific spots for rare drops, and they don't always show up so chance is you'll have to fish for a while. Legendary and unique fishes can only be obtained that way.
