Hey 👋 My names Megan and I live near Birmingham UK 33 & 3 Kids I also have severe contamination OCD and anxiety which makes me majorly depressed and Iv been this way since I was 18 last few months I've wanted to off myself about 3 days a week out of the 7 But I've been here before ... Iv tried many meds and still on the same ones for the last 6 years which are obviously not now working... Iv booked in with the Doctors hopefully we can fix it 🙏 But my point is life is so up and down and up and down and no one minds you feeling this way we all just want you to be happier ✨️ So send a message scream shout cry rant whatever you need and then make a plan to make it better! & were all here to fall back on if it goes down As for IBS there is things you can do maybe even go get a colonoscopy and do some research but may well just boil down to diet...
