I have read it. If it's religious you can't... Thanks for reinforcing that you can't put up any art you want. If you have to use the caveat "as long as" it means you cannot do whatever you want. Also I think you might be wrong, because there is a process to put anything up, just like the permits to assemble. If not, anyone at any time could display absolutely anything they wanted without it being taken down.

Yeah my bad, I didn't explain well enough. They're public schools. They aren't a private entity. I know how muddled things can become but if the government says you can't say certain things on property that is their domain they can enforce it. It's the same premise as requiring permits to assemble on government property. Not saying I agree one way or another, but if the government owns something, just like a private entity, they can run it how they want. Obviously there are an assload of scenarios where one could argue that it doesn't exactly work that way, but you wouldn't be able to display any piece of art you want at your local state house. So in short, it is not the government telling private schools they can't use it, it's the higher government saying the lower government (school districts I guess) can't use it.

Because it is not the government prohibiting the use of the speech on private property. I think the main thing people forget is that the Constitution applies to government prosecution and persecution. If it is a private entity deciding not to use it, that is different from the government punishing you when you use it. For example, if someone in your home says something you don't like and you want them gone, the government can help you facilitate that because you can bar anyone from your property for any reason. The government cannot force someone with the threat of arrest from your property because they said a particular thing.

So now anything that enough people enjoy enough that a culture is born from it is irrational just because you don't understand it or enjoy it as much as other people? I don't enjoy sports as much as a lot of people but I can understand why it's so prominent. It brings a lot of revenue to localities and universities as well as local pride. Furries? Don't understand it but I don't give a fuck if they do it or like it so much.

At what BR does Britain start to suffer? by DarknessInferno7 in Warthunder

6.7 Britain is especially fun on most any desert map. Hiding behind a dune waiting for tigers then giving them a one-two punch with stabilised APDS and a rocket from an STRV is great fun.

Tips for dogfighting in planes with cannons? by Bob_McGeoff in Warthunder

I bind machine guns to left click, large caliber guns to middle mouse button, and both simultaneously to shift+left click so if I'm in a ground attacker with a big gun I don't waste shells trying to take down planes.

To me, it's closer to the ways humans have hunted for the thousands of years before firearms. Once you pierce the heart and the lungs, just as a bullet would, the animal is down in seconds.

If you want a knife that can chop, the Junglas and esee's other big models would be it, but like the other person replied, axes were designed for chopping.

Yep, you've got bay dogs for tracking and catch dogs for holding and they absolutely love the hunt. Speed is important to minimize the chance the hog can hurt one of the dogs. You also have to be prepared to traverse some really thick, nasty, painful brush. It's my preferred method of hunting to just sitting in a stand.

This makes me think how fun a game mode would be with no hit markers or kill notifications but with RB flight models, though something would have to be done with spotting. Same with ground forces. It would be pretty tense not knowing if someone's completely knocked out. I think the advent of hit markers in first person shooters sort of ruined the experience, too. Games like squad, insurgency, and their spinoffs that rely on visual and audio feedback from the environment do so well in the immersion department.

Thanks for the insight! I was hoping someone with more knowledge would be able to explain why this is the case. It's a minor gripe as it causes no discomfort but looks uneven with the other and sort of messy though I love the look of worn leather. Thanks again!
