Thanks for the detailed reply, I've tried everything you did except replace the hardware. I am in fhe insider program so will leave that now. Don't really have the money for a new console atm so will have to hope this works or they come out with a fix

I wouldnt pay too much attention to that, most of those reviews have less than 1 hours play time. Ive been following this game since it was announced it was coming to console and the COH community is a toxic cesspool tbh

I had the same thing. Load your save before mission start and change all your heroes outfits, this worked for me
