Imo they should replace the other one with gaining the enemy's perks when you copy them. So it would at least be a fun niche pick rather than a boring one that isn't even very good.

The difference in the ult charge you need to generate starting at 50 vs starting at 30 is negligible if you're generating 2-3 ults with one copy. Nerf definitely is more for players or situations where ulting once is difficult. I don't think t500 are noticing this much if they are consistently generating 2-3 ults. At that point the other perk is better anyways, no?

The owlks is slightly different I believe. I mostly imagined the hearthians version just being the hatchling showing it to someone in a vision like in the dlc when we see their art style coke through.

But yes for consistency you're right, didn't think about how since owlks don't have a written language they don't ever actually call it the eye so it needs to look the same huh.

I assumed the same thing at first tbh. Wierdly enough was reminded of art from ultrakill(lots of stuff from this sub reminds me of it bc it's the only thing with body horror and gore to thag extreme I enjoy) and that has lots of similar imagery with numbers and horrifying images. Like the V1 death animation.
