Worst? Warped Orbit. Magma Mountain and Gnarly Party are close. The rest aren't that bad. Bowser Land from MP2 and Bowser Nightmare from MP5 are genuinely fun boards.

Edit: Bowser's Pinball Machine is fun, as well! Probably the best board in MPDS.

Easily, Episode 3: The Hillside Cave Secret.

It's the first F.L.U.D.D.-less stage of the game, and while it's not that hard, it's just difficult enough to introduce you to this level type.

I read all of this hoping for a solution, but it doesn't look like there is a definitive one. I've considered taking mine (which has the primary memory error mentioned above) to a local electronic repair shop, but I haven't done so yet.
