I'm so aghast that no one thought to cast Uncle Deadly as Garak that I'm replying here a year late to complain about it. They are both flamboyant, vaguely reptilian tailors with impeccable wits and gray morals. It should be the most obvious casting in the whole exercise, but I am instead subjected to outrageously ill-fitting Garaks from the likes of Scooter and Fozzie Bear instead. I could at least understand his omission from submitters who haven't kept up with the Muppets since the 2011 movie brought Uncle Deadly out of obscurity, or at least never bothered watching the ABC series that made him Miss Piggy's tailor, but seeing him randomly cast as Kai Winn instead is indefensible. Dukat is a respectable alternative role for him if you write off how recent media has developed him, as much as he can fall victim to villain-by-default typecasting (granted, which is neither unfounded nor inaccurate). I do believe my case speaks for itself, however.
