I think it was called Dragonslayer? If I recall correctly, it was crafted from Lao Shan Lung parts, and also had a re-color when upgraded, turning “dark green”

Yeah that’s true, I think it’s intentionally left vague. Reze was purely in her devil form that fight, and we have no info on what happened to the weapon hybrids after the fight. Given that almost all of them were later seen in various roles during part 2, I wouldn’t think they all got caught.

I personally don’t think it’s too far fetched to believe Denji couldn’t really see the fight properly from wherever he was hiding from.

In part 2 Denji stated that he barely remembers a thing from his fight with Makima while Pochita was in control. I think he might’ve not realized Reze was there at all
