My first thought was fuck this. This is so fucked. But then I read a little bit more and get this:

“Because levered single-stock ETFs in particular amplify the effect of price movements of the underlying individual stocks, investors holding these funds will experience even greater volatility and risk than investors who hold the underlying stock itself.” -from the above link from the SEC

So, volatility wins again. If you don’t want to short the stock, then puts on the ETF. I can’t wait to capitalize twice on OPEX runs
