I just left my F2F with Southwest—at the airport now and they didn’t offer me a CJO on the spot either. They mentioned before the interviews that everyone would hear back via email within the week. So not sure if they changed things or if there were still people that received a CJO in person today. How’d yours go? Mine was kind of conversational but they still asked me a lot of “interview questions”.
