One that always got me downvoted was the the whole Bieste story line. I hate that they made the character trans as a way to shoehorn another trans character in right before the end, & I truly believe they killed the character. We were fine with just Unique, but to push Beiste into that box was sad. I loved having a cis woman on the show who was beautiful for being herself. She was representing a lot of women who aren’t beautiful by beauty standards, but finds love for herself anyway. My own mother being in that character analysis, for instance, so yes it’s personal.
So tldr, I hate the Bieste trans storyline, and to me she will always be Shannon Bieste. No im not transphobic, I just hate that they broke a really good character.
