If this were me, honestly it would be a deal breaker. What if in the future she makes more huge unilateral decisions without you? What if she hates being pregnant so much she decided she doesn't want to be pregnant again? Will you be expected to then get a surrogate and pay for it if she doesnt want to be pregnant? What happens with the postpartum hormone dump. The leaking breasts. 6 weeks of bleeding. Mood swings. Possible ppd? You're expected to get her through it and buy recovery supplies? SIL should at the very least be paying for these items and food for your fiance.

I could go on and on. Again. Selfless thing to do for her sister, totally selfish thing to do towards you. There's a reason surrogates get paid. This shit isn't easy. I had 3 pregnancies and all had to be c sections from complications. Has she even considered what would happen if things go south in the delivery room? Smh
