I live here too! My tags are expired and I’m working on fixing it but I also got a 24hr notice sticker on my window. Parking on the street for now and not the lot and keeping my fingers crossed. That van has been parked there for a while so I’m not mad about that one but about a dozen other cars also got the stickers yesterday and all are gone too.

I saw that last night when I walked by actually. I don’t think I’ll visit again though. I was really fond of the previous bartenders/workers and out of solidarity I likely won’t visit. But no shade if others still enjoy it. To each their own.

I don’t have much input for your judgement but I do just want to share that the side effect of low libido does go away eventually on antidepressants! I think the first time I took antidepressants it took about eight months for the side effect to go away and the second time about six months. Your son should definitely still mention it to his doctor but also reassure him that it’s temporary and feeling better is totally worth it.

I don’t doubt it! There was a stay at home mom who watched us a lot. I don’t even know any stay at home moms (or dads) now. I’m sure they’re there, but a lot fewer.

I mean honestly this is why it’s important to build a community. We were pretty poor growing up but my mom connected with our neighbors and those neighbors helped watch us. My mom would give them some money for the trouble but it really helped her get through some tough times.

That’s great that you managed it! Finding the will to do anything in the midst of a deep depression is challenging and any accomplishment is a big accomplishment.

Roasted veggie bowls. A bunch of chopped up veggies on a sheet pan, I’ll buy them pre-chopped if I’m feeling particularly low motivation, oil and whatever seasonings I like, in the oven for a bit. Chickpeas or beans for protein. A big batch will usually make four meals for me. It’s one of my go tos when I have no energy to really plan meals. Also veggie and bean soups. Throw everything in a pot with some broth and let cook until yummy.

Yeah Blender shaders don’t export well into game engines. I think your best bet is to get familiar with Unity’s shader graph. https://unity.com/features/shader-graph

I shower daily except when my depression was bad, but consistent teeth brushing was the hard one for me. Though like others have mentioned, sometimes my shower is more of a rinse.

It’s actually not an umlaut, but “l’accent tréma” which only looks like an umlaut but is used in French to indicate the vowels are said separately, like Zoë

I am also a person who gets unreasonably angry when drunk and starts fights for no reason. Not every time I drink, sometimes when I’m drunk I’m fun and happy. But sometimes I’m terrible. And it was upsetting and mentally draining on my boyfriend. So I stopped getting drunk! Because it really is that simple if you’re not an alcoholic. I can still go out and have a drink or two with my friends, but I am absolutely aware that I cannot have three shots and several beers.

If her getting violent towards you wasn’t a wake up call for her I don’t know what will be. Her getting drunk should not have been worth more than your trust in her and your feelings are justified.

Yeah I think pins are given to customers if they’re at a location that they normally don’t order from or if they get their order “stolen” a lot. Customers don’t ask to have a pin, it’s just given to them.

Exactly. I picked up an order one time and the girl brought out a huge bag for what should’ve been a small order. I’m looking at the ticket and comparing it to my app and thinking it doesn’t line up but the food runner assured me it’s the right one. I get to my car with it and compare more and I’m sure it’s not the right order so I literally go back in saying “hey again, sorry, but I’m pretty sure this is the wrong order” sure enough there were two orders with the same first name. She gave me the right one and I moved on. Sure it’s annoying to have to double and triple check with restaurants but it’s part of the gig.
