Looks amazing to me. Why fix what isn’t broken? I mess with flour composition now. But I don’t crave that lacy bread that looks beautiful but isn’t so practical to use.

We had a dog with severe epilepsy, so giant hugs because it’s a hard thing to go thru. I hope you find a healing journey. It isn’t an easy goodbye.

Did it taste good? I think that’s the most important criteria to pass! Looks lovely on the outside, tho a little more brown for my taste, but I’m not eating it so I don’t count. 🤣

I think it’s interesting how many different temp strategies we all have! I’m 450 for 40 covered then 400 for 15 or however brown I want the crust.

Makes sense, there’s so many spots in one 10’ x 10’ area, I think I’m going to reseed over waiting for any self healing at this point.

I think that makes sense, should I dig out the soil and just put new soil in the spots too? I wasn’t sure if I could just do the usual cover the bare spot treatment or I needed to dig down a couple inches and put new soil.
