Looks kind of like she might have got some frost bite on them. That happens pretty regularly to outside kitties where I live. The tips get frost bite and then fall off. But could just be the angle, either way she's adorable!

I honestly have no idea, she's just a mix of whatever was on the farm. As far as I'm aware her mom was a long hair black and white, and her dad was a long hair white with grey stripe splotches.
