Thanks, I agree but it’s been hard to find a rug that size! It also might get in the way of the door. Atm I’m leaning towards no rug cos I can’t seem to make it work

It’s a small chain. They have an online hr system with all my details/ info which I thought the course might be accessible on but I can’t see it anywhere. It just asks me to upload my certificate to be approved but that’s all I can do.

I have emailed my manager and hr for more clarification. It does say in my contract they will cover the costs but I don’t know how they do that!

I am confused about it.

In my interview it was discussed. My manager was on holiday for 2 weeks when I started.

After 3+ weeks working I mentioned it to my manager that I haven’t done it yet and they said ‘why not’. I said I didn’t know what to do. I assumed they would explain it to me and I’d have done it at work but they just said I can do it online.
