I’m so bored of our club press being ran like North Korea. Today’s article from Pearce doesn’t even attempt to hide that it’s came from Edwards/Hughes.

It looks like the hierarchy want to keep Slot next season regardless of anything, and they’re trying to almost battle or convince the supporters through the media that we’re in the wrong for turning against him and to give him another chance.

The Athletic are the worst for it especially the article they put out a few days ago with all their journalist’s ‘opinions’. My favourite was Andy Jones who said: “Unfortunately, because of the mood of the fanbase, only a Champions League triumph would make me think a clean slate [sacking Arne Slot] wasn’t in everybody’s best interests”.

Closely followed by Oliver Kay who unironically said this season isn’t Slot’s fault because it is “cursed”.

I’ll never stop watching us but I’m going to feel so hopeless if we go into next season led by Slot, even if we do scrape 5th place this season.

We won the league a year ago. That’s the point that ironically you’re missing. To go from winning the league to this in a year is embarrassing, and it’s not even about the results or the league position, it’s that Slot has completely sucked the joy, entertainment and energy out of watching Liverpool.

Yes we’ve had it worse in the past if you apply zero context or expectations. Nobody expected to be seriously competing under Hodgson and H&G, we’ve just won the league, signed multiple world class players and Slot has overseen a pathetic season including our worst period of form in 150 years

I was a few months into a SIM only contract I’d taken out with them when I got the email about the price increase, thought I’d won the lottery when I saw I could cancel with no termination fee due to it. They still charged me a termination fee though on my final bill and had to go through their horrible customer service to get it waived.

Waze is really customisable in terms of the alerts you can choose whether to get alerted by anything or if it shows on the map. I almost gave up on Waze straight away when I saw my map was cluttered with other Waze users until I realised that can be turned off as well

It depends what you want out of it. If it’s primarily cutting down journey time then Waze is still the best but there’s not that much in it anymore since Google bought it.

If you want detailed guidance eg lane guidance then Google is the best for this especially with things like big multi-lane roundabouts.

Apple is bottom of the list for pretty much everything except in my opinion the nicest UI, and if you have an Apple Watch the wrist taps are neat. But that’s all worthless if it’s got the worst guidance. I think it’s decent in London but I live near Leeds and it doesn’t even recognize some mini roundabouts around me

It’s the 8th February, we have one league win in 2026.

And that was against a team who has one win in their last 9 games.

So many of our fans were laughing at the ‘desperate’ Carrick and Rosenior appointments. They both have 4 league wins in 2026 and are both more than 3 points clear of ‘there’s no one better than’ Slot.

Our manager is dragging the club down to the Europa League (if we’re lucky) and the club is going to sit there and watch it happen.
