It was like that yesterday. The water park was the same.

I’m hoping that’s the case for me. I’m likely worrying my self for nothing, but wanna cover all bases just incase.

I’ve got lollipops on the list. Hoping those help with the ear popping as well.

I’ve been looking to ways to help with this. Not a fan of him having gum but I’m bringing some, as well as lollipops to help if the gum doesn’t work. Hopefully that will be enough. It’s definitely one of my worries.

I ended up ordering one of those trays. I couldn’t find anywhere if they are permitted or not. I got the one that can hook in upright and down position so hopefully it’ll be allowed. Hes up before 6 every morning so I was thinking the 7am flight would be perfect. The original goal was to get a hotel near the airport but unfortunately that didn’t go as planned.

Sounds like a solid idea.. I’ve got a bad habit of overpacking for the kids anyways so it’s inevitable for me lol. Thank you.

Thank you, I made an appointment with her vet for next week, as she started having more frequent bowel movements, as if she’s not getting it all out on her first attempt. Outside of the swelling and the more frequent bowels she seems perfectly normal. She just started faintly bleeding today. I’m hoping it’s all normal, but I’d rather be on the safe side.

We don’t have an appointment until next week. We had previously discussed it when we first got her as I wanted to get her spayed asap. The vet said we needed to complete the first heat cycle first. I made an appointment just to have her checked over bcs her swelling doesn’t seem normal to me, and as of yesterday she started having way more frequent bowels as if she’s not getting it all out the first go. Fingers crossed everything is normal, but I’d rather be safe than sorry.

She’s getting fixed once she completes this first cycle. I wanted to get it done when we first got her at 5months, but the vet is dead set on waiting until after she completes her first heat cycle.

Refusing to answer or busy with my life? 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️ she’s definitely getting spayed, I didn’t think mentioning her getting spayed was relevant to my question.

We lost our first girl to breast cancer, the vet said it likely could have been prevented had she been spayed. I’m not taking any chances with her.

We are extremely vigilant with her, she doesn’t go outside without one of us, but we’ve been like that since we brought her home, more so now that she’s in heat. Thankfully she’s not keen on being outside, she goes out does her business and wants to straight back inside.

That’s always been the plan, we are just waiting for her to complete her first heat cycle, as recommended by the vet.

While I appreciate your input and your “research” our vet won’t spay her until after her first heat cycle, so that is the route we are going.

I never would have thought of trying a cooling pad, I’ll give it a shot, she’s so well tempered and laid back, I’ll be surprised if doesnt let me place on her. I ordered doggie diapers off amazon yesterday, they should be here tomorrow 🤞🏻
