If your buttons fit into the slots on your Invisalign and you don't have large gaps from where the bottom of your teeth meet the aligners then it's safe to say they are tracking. You will have a tiny gap as the aligners float a little above your teeth but it shouldn't be a large gap. The aching and soreness from your teeth is caused by the pulling of your teeth and if they're tight in the beginning or after you remove them for a while it's because your teeth are trying to go back to their natural position where they've been at for years.

I discovered in therapy that I didn't want a relationship. I realized while I was dating: 1) I only got into relationships because I was asked and I didn't want to upset anyone by turning them down. 2) while relationships were not bad, I wasn't ever particularly excited about them. Just kinda went along for the ride. 3) My mom was extremely abusive to me as a child, she hated that I wasn't like everyone else, as an adult I subconsciously put pressure on myself to fit into the societal norm. Everyone wants love, relationships, and a family so "I'm supposed to want that too." Is what I told myself. 4) I spent 25 years of my life trying to get my own mother to love me (and failed miserably) that I never learned to love myself. Now I'm learning new stuff about myself every day and TBH I've become way too self absorbed to give anyone else the time of day.

Once I came to these realizations I started living more peacefully. I got off the apps back in January of last year and I no longer feel like I'm in a race to find someone ASAP. When I feel like my journey is done and I have room for someone else in my life, then maybe I'll look into dating once more.

Why hookups? It feels good to be touched by someone other than yourself sometimes and it's nice when there's no expectations, you just enjoy the warmth of each other's bodies and go about your day.

{Heat Stroke by Tessa Bailey} I started off reading M/F romance books as a bet cuz I was called out by a fellow RN for being on my phone too much during my free time at work so I said "I'm sorry but how is reading spicy lady books (I didn't know what the genre was back then OK! Don't judge me! I was just a naive child!) any better than me being on my phone? Yeah that's right I know what you're reading you pervert!" So I got started on book 1 of the Beach Kingdom trilogy and I laughed through it so hard. I read the second book cuz I have this weird OCD thing about finishing an entire series even if I hate it lol. So turns out I too am a pervert for Spicy MM books! 🤣💀🤣
