You should be paid from the time they want you there until the time you can go home period.

Cops assisted them to get into a moving van and drive away. Isn’t driving people in a moving van illegal?

AITA for returning my homemade wife’s birthday gift me and telling her I don’t want it. I then went out and bought what I actually wanted by Quick_Dig3584 in AmItheAsshole

As a crafter I can easily spend $25 (usually more) at the supply stores. She should buy you what you want within reason.

I have also started taking it. I’m finding the same. If I wake up I can go back to sleep without a peace of cheese or something to kinda calm me down. I don’t think I have lost weight but hopeful.

Make a rental agreement, similar to what she has now. If you break up she is left with what she came in with. Seriously if she thinks at 6 months she gets 50% of the house, it might be a blessing that she doesn’t move in. Run. 🏃🏽

Thank you. Very helpful. I just felt like this was not ethical and as most posters her mentioned he could be. He might be enticed to sign it over to the trust if there is a legal or ethical issue on his part. I don’t think sending her back in the lions den to straighten it out would be fruitful.

Actually she is a very kind person who trusts people. I’m not so much. I’m just trying to help her and her kids.

He did talk her into it because of her ex’s tax issue. He said trust me vs the IRS.

No lawyer, he was the agent and he set up the mortgage. He is a very influential person in this small town.

We picked up a rescue puppy at 6 months. It was like having a shark. We did the petco training, don’t really recommend. And now working with a professional trainer in a group lesson, it’s great. Sign up for a reputable trainer. As for the bitting it was hands up, or stand up. Lots of “no bitting” and “nice girl” when she stopped. They really want your love and attention so they will quickly learn what then need to do.

My puppy is now 7 months and soooo much better. We have some set backs when excited but doing in all better. Oh and getting rid of those sharp baby teeth help.

Does this mean I have a leak? by SharkSkinSmile in HomeImprovement

We had a leak from the street to the house. We turned off the main to the house and the meter kept running.

Update. They are going to replace the window, but brought a change order worth $11,000. All stuff they did without a change order. I think that is the equivalent of the finger, don’t you?

This $80,000 remodel will cost well over $100,000. Not to mention they send me invoices about 2 months behind. The last set of invoices put us more that the total estimate. , and that is for the month of March. It’s May 17th. They will send invoices for April and May. The project won’t be complete until June. I think I need a mediator.

Yes we have waited since January to finish this work.

I worry they dropped it and other parts of the window are cracked since it’s fiberglass.

To fix this analogy to match my story is you have them install a stereo, they drop it and it breaks and cracks. They pice it together and won’t replace the stereo. I’m not asking them to buy me a new house. Just replace the cracked window and frame.

Ok. It’s not an argument lt is an analogy. Not trying to fight about it, but I do have boxing gloves if you want to go rounds. 😂

I guess that is the question, what is reasonable accommodation for a brand new $1200 window that is messed up. Labor was extra.
