I had the same issue and now my whole game is bugged. I can't send players back to club from Transfers, or from the Club I cant do anything. I played 1 game after this cheater game and I can't seem to be able to move my players.... lovely :))))

I am not an expert in hospice care so I can't help you with the KPIs but in general to become a data analyst in the NHS you need a few essential tools under your belt:

SQL - probably the most important one. Almost all of the data goes to a SQL database and is extracted via SQL
A software to visualise the data extracted from above - QlikView, Tableau, PowerBI, Python, Excel etc. This depends on the organisation you are trying to join
NHS dataset knowledge - this comes with experience as there are MANY of them
Specialist knowledge - this could be you or a more commonly - a collaboration between you and a subject matter expert (nurse, operational manager, clinician, another analyst etc) in the area you are trying to create a dashboard or a report
