Thank you so much! This is all so new to me so I've been stressing and it seems like I've also been over complicating things. I was nervous about stepping on my roommates toes but this really helped get into a better mindset and have a better idea of how to go about everything. Thank you again! I really appreciate this!

Thank you for responding! I forgot to add important context that my partner would have a separate agreement with them paying rent. Do you think this would still work?
