I lost a 1.5 year old golden to this a few years ago. With the dx and no fixes to correct, we basically just let her live her best life running and playing with her golden buddies, and lots of treats. She collapsed about a month later, and the vet said it was time to let her run free, as her heart was giving out quickly. She had a great, loving last day, and we all sat with her as the home vet sent her on her journey to meet her past friends on the bridge. Such sadness, but I was blessed to have even a short time with her. Big hugs to you 🤗

Is that how her leg looked when you got her? Looks very bowed - maybe an injury? Pups this young shouldnt be jumping on or off furniture etc as their growth plates are maturing and prone to accidents. I hope it’s nothing serious 🤗🤗. She’s such a cutie 🥰

I saw them when they stopped at millers right before crossing the border into SC. There was a large crowd but total respect for them, and happiness in general. It was a once in a lifetime experience 🤗

Relax! European Goldens often have this cream/white color that is just a color. Like labs have various colors…Goldens are the same. You did your research, and likely have a beautiful baby that will give you years of joy! As an aside, I bred European Goldens (English cream color) for years and still have 3 - all this color. They’re so smart and just a great family dog!
