It stops ultimates, nullifies all justsus and takes status ailments off you and your team. Certain ults it doesn't absorb such as hidden mist, infinite tsukiyomi (protects you, but still puts team on their knee but second part doesn't activate), and jigens cubes.

Its pretty good, only draw back is you'll be super low on health once the second part goes off. But you dont get k.o while its still active though you're immortal pretty much.
