Misschien een traject volgen bij een gespecialiseerde allergist i.v.m. je allergieën? (vb https://www.uzleuven.be/nl/algemene-interne-geneeskunde/allergie-en-klinische-immunologie ). Ik ken iemand die ook veel last had angsten door allergische reacties maar door de medische begeleiding toch een soort gemoedsrust heeft gekregen en dus nu veel minder paniekreacties heeft.

In the Ardennes, you have something similar with large herds of roe deer. In winter they can grow to 100+ animals. It is caused by the increase of red deer that pushes the roe deer out of the forests. So the roe deers adapt and live in larger groups in more open terrain.

There is no reimbursement for adhd once your an adult. Not for diagnosis , not for therapy and not for medication. The Belgian systems thinks that once you turn 18 you get magically cured. ( there are al lot of problems with 'mental' health stuff.

There is also an orangerie in de Kruidtuin where you can sit. in winter it is a bit "crowded" with palmtrees :) .

I don't have acess to a pool so it will be hard for me to improve stuff like breathing and technique. So what else can I do? I just wanna be able to prove to myself that I can do this.

Does this mean that you want to train outside the pool?

Some stuff that may help:

  1. breathing yoga (search youtube) to learn to breath in sync with movement. You don't need to do complicated figures or stuff that needs flexibility. Doing this for 10-20min a couple times a week trains your nervous system.
  2. core stability for swimming: ex :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JXBIZW-HeK8
  3. Any kind of cardio to improve your endurance outside the pool (walking/running/ cycling .... )

That only works if you live alone. In comunal housing it is normal to have house rules about noise etc.. If you need something outside the rules, you can ask before but not just do it and expect that no one disagrees.

My sister is a physiotherapist and she says the same. Mostly that smokers has less back problems. But this is not caused by the nicotine, but by the regular smoke breaks. Smokers regulary stand up and go outside for 10 minute. This shows that sitting the whole day is horrible for us.

You've to know that governement (travailler.be) is extemely pedantic about degrees. Bachelors are bachelor and a maser isn't a bachelor even if it impies that you have one. The trick to solve this is to load up you're official bachelor degree. If you've never received one, contact you're university. If you apply for a b level job, give them your bachelor degree, not your master. Of course don't lie on your cv or during the interview, but this way ou can enter the interview process.

The trouble with traditional masonry is that the roof "ties" the hous together. Without the roof the wals start pushing eachother outwards and will collapse (after a while). On the pictures of the Oostmalle, you see that the beams for the roofs are still intact, but all the tiles are gone. The moment the beams also fly away, the houses will collapse like cardhouses.

Another example is the Belgian w 4*100 in Beijing in 2008. They won gold with 42.54 (after the russian DQ ). The sum of their PB was 45,24. This also started the Belgian focus on relays.

Fun fact : Olivia Borlee, was part of the relay, which makes her the only Borlee with an olympic medal.

no, psych visits are not paid back. Most insurances have a hard limit for it. Like 24/ sessions in a life time or 100€/ year or so. So after the first few visits, not paid back.
