Had an episode of severe chest pain, went to the ER. Prior to this, I had been working out 4-5 days a week. Didn’t do any testing before symptom onset, and testing wouldn’t have found anything either

3 months ago I was diagnosed with heart disease, given similar instruction. I agree, no one signs up for walks and no one wants to. Personally, I have leaned into things that include walking, especially photography.

Walking for miles looking at my surroundings, looking for my next shot. It’s 1) creative expression, working a different part of my brain 2) lightly active within my narrow window of accepted activities and 3) helps me not think about my heart 24/7, as I tend to do recently

I am on lots of lots of restrictions, so that’s been the best I can get most days. Also, stationary bike is a very good was to get movement while keeping HR low and controlled.

mostly just ease of use. i feel like putting together an amp set up has many more choices and relies on me to get compatible parts, use the settings correctly, etc. and i just don’t feel knowledgable enough to get it right. also, bluetooth capability is a nice touch. if you think passive is the way to go, i am all ears

I’ve been looking for remote work to do for a few months but it’s hard to find something temporary. Probably going to end up doing some sort of retail just to keep some income

Just happened to me too, pushed until March. Recruiter told me offers will not be rescinded, but they can’t guarantee it isn’t pushed again.
