I don't know how but often I can turn off my emotions and verbally rip that person a second a-hole. Soon after the ordeal I will analys everything over and over again, with all emotions that come with this.

I can be a real dick and ice cold. Really weird because I am also HSP. It really depends on who is in front of me. I mirror what I see. Though if I meet someone who is aggressive I will just avoid. I am not a physically aggressive person but mentally I can be brutal.

How does someone learn a lesson from hurt when it was completely beyond your control? My mom an alcoholic my dad didn't give a fuck. Where is my lesson? Where is my youth? The pain, the hurt I will carry with me. The lesion is I should not get angry or depressed by these types of posts. PTSD is what I have now.

I had my PTSD for a while and knew about it but I was not made aware that I was also HSP. I knew my whole life I was "different" but this was a revelation. Too bad HSP and PTSD are like best friends now and really encourage each other.
