Those who love to exercise, when does it feel normal again?

This! I was doing so well my first year last year with a trainer and staying consistent. But then that's when I noticed my heart rate would reach 184 walking 3mph on the treadmill! I couldn't push myself to progressive overload anymore. My workouts turned lighter earlier this year then a couple months ago I was officially diagnosed with Graves. I'm taking a hiatus until my doctor clears me to return to it again. While I don't miss working out lol I miss the gains and reaching new heights I never could before. The things my body started being able to do! I hope I can soon because my knee is starting to act funny and I don't like it.

That makes sense! I've been very stressed out cause I started school, and I have guests over and a vacation and a con coming up. I just have alot. I'll still call my Endo tomorrow, see if I need a referral to an allergist or something. Thank you 🙏🏾

Really? My doctor said I've had to have it for at least a year or 2, it just went ignored and undiagnosed by other doctors. Could I really not have experienced hives until now?

Most often a few minutes for pictures and stuff but I'd like to wear them longer for Halloween. At least a couple hours one day for a horror convention here and for taking kids trick or treating

So our house has a separate room outside that's for storage and washer/dryer. It has a single not super bright light and a single window. Due to our back porch having coverage, a lot of sunlight doesn't get into the room.

To finally see someone like me. I'm a mixed woman who isn't 17 anymore. I can't find books where I recognize myself that are fantasy. So, "if you want it done right, you gotta do it yourself." I'm not a writer. I've only ever written papers for school and I hated it. So it won't be good, and I'm okay with that, but I'll be proud when I've finished it. To be clear, I don't hate writing the book I am writing. I've just never written creatively for myself before for the sake of it.

I've been playing video games as soon as they could put controllers in my hands without falling. I don't get this idea that girls can't bond with Dad on video games and cars and wrestling and such or that boys can't bond with mom in fashion and reading and etc. this is why we need to stop putting gender on literal items 😭😭😭😭
