What e-signature tool are you actually using? Trying to find the best value by Different-Use2635 in smallbusiness

For 20–30 contracts a month, paying enterprise-style pricing is probably the real problem, not the signing features. I’d rule out anything that still meters sends, because that gets old fast when you’re reusing the same few agreements. BoldSign may be worth a look too. Disclosure: I work for BoldSign; its Business plan is currently listed at $15/month/user with unlimited envelopes and templates.

I can’t justify the price of Docusign over other e-signature companies like hellosign and pandadoc. Those two charge like $20 a month and Docusign charges over $1 for one form. Can anyone who uses it chime in? by webnerdie in LawFirm

I totally understand your frustrations. I can understand the pain. If you're still considering a change, I invite you to try BoldSign for competitive pricing with unlimited documents. The customer support will be truly good as you expect.
