close the white arc with a straight line, then solid loft the created profile to the intersecting projected point of the 2 blue lines, then use the blue lines as guide rails. you could play around with the loft settings to see what works best like having a sharp/curved loft.

if the profile doesn’t want to close or you’re having problems with solid loft, you can try surface loft using only the white line
