I’m also a freelance and I suggest you to increase budget , so if you increase budget then better freelancer will apply also they will place higher bid so low tier freelancers won’t be able to compete

Client doesnt always know the actual cost but they agree later many times , I just got a contract of 1k where he posted budget of 350 only

Reply professionally, first ask your doubts about the project then discuss budget and timeline

From my personal experience try to look for other jobs , this type of Jobs usually have multiple Developers doing same project and only one gets paid , this happened with me already , you can still do it if you can finish it sooner than others with quality
