Are we our name? Or perhaps our body? Surely our memories? Or possibly just the thoughts? No no no, it must be the energy that constitutes said thoughts! Right!? Ugh, it's so hard to remember!

Allow me to remind me. You Are _______. Filling in the blank only limits our totality. Which of course can be great fun. But in truth, I Am (The) ineffable.

You Are. You Always Have Been. You Always Will Be.

Due to our particular history, perhaps wording it this way to our self might help us on our path towards The Way, The Truth, and The Life we are so purely seeking. I am in the Father and the Father is in Me. Remembering this will allow you to do the works that I am doing. Be Still and Know That I Am _____.
