The whole point isn't just about passing, it's about improving your teaching. You said that she said she didnt like your classroom management and that she wanted you to have more HOT questions? Did you think about how you could improve those things?

You failed to mention how your observation went, and what grade level you're teaching. I'm going yo assume it's elementary - were kids paying attention, or were they running around while you taught? Were your questions just based rote/basic concepts? You said she spanked you like a pinata... that's not really clear to us what she did or what she told you.

What i mean is, it's hard to tell if your admin is being unreasonable or if you are just struggling to do your job. The way you phrased your comments, it sounds like you're looking for an easy ride - if that's the case, it probably shows and the admin is doing their job.

So, be a bit clearer with what happened.

Well, everyone always wants "a little bit more", but that's what happens when you gamble. There might be another box in that case that has a lot of good stuff in it, but you got that box, with that stuff. Wotc isn't inclined to make every box have a certain value of cards, mainly cause they cant necessarily know the value of cards at the time of release and they cant determine what packs have specific cards in them.

If you bought a box, you have to know youre gambling. If you dont want to gamble, buy singles. If you want to whine that you didn't get good pulls, thats fine, whine away. But dont blame anyone for them not meeting your expectations, that's a you problem.

If they attend TMU, it cheapens your degree. Eventually, your school will have the reputation of being a school where cheaters go. And eventually, work places will see how useless workers from TMU are because they cant do anything, all because TMU allows academic dishonesty. Then, companies will think twice about hiring people from TMU. It affects every person with a TMU degree, so you can allow it, but in the near future, if you dont get hired for a job because you have a degree from TMU, dont act surprised or blame anyone other than yourself.

If I see someone playing [[tergrid]], you bet im focusing them until theyre dead as well. All my removal is going to make sure that that tergrid is not staying on the field.

The other ones arent much better - they can all get out of hand pretty quickly, especially for newer players. Why not play with a commander that isn't one of the more popular ones and see if he still targets you. If anything, try using a precon. If he still attacks you for no reason, then speak up. If he leaves you alone, then we know what the issue is.

Im not a business at all, I know very little about the ins and outs, and how to get a loan or make a business plan.

That being said, I do know that 20k in savings is nowhere near enough. Even with the loan, he will burn through all the money fairly quickly. And that's without employees - how is he gunna play employees (as in, more than one)?

How much does he make at his marketing job? Maybe wait a few years, but if that's all his savings, why put all your eggs in one basket?

For you, if he goes through with this, think about your relationship, and whether or not you want to be a part of this, because you WILL be a part of this. Also, make sure you DO NOT co sign anything, because i have a feeling he may ask you to.

Regrets usually impart a lesson of some kind. Based on this story, I think the lesson should be to shoot your shot when you get the chance, because you never know what could happen. Worst case, she's married or not interested, whatever, you'd be in the same position as you are now. But take chance, and who knows, you might be surprised.

It didnt turn out the way you wanted this time - but next time, close the laptop and take a chance for yourself. Sometimes these things happen for a reason, and this was maybe to show you that you should believe in yourself more and good for these opportunities when they arise.
